Well, where can I start…..I fitted the box when it arrived and low and behold I fitted it wrong due to Vauxhall insignia having 3 plugs identical and all in the same area. Having done this the box failed. After several emails and phone calls to Dtuk we both agreed that a visit to their premises was the answer. Dtuk replaced the box with a new one and checked for any faults with my car. The customer service was 2nd to none and nothing was a problem for them. Since then my car has come alive and puts a smile on my face. Well done all at Dtuk
