24th Dec 15 DTUK MP-T and pedal box arrived this morning and took all of 5 minutes to fit for the MP-T and about 10minutes for the pedal box, mainly due to routing the cable so it was completely hidden. Instructions were crystal clear and very logical to follow with nice coloured pics of where the 3 connections plug into. Sent a quick message to Andrew at DTUK and he advised to set the box at Map 1 setting zero as that was the setting used for the dyno. Fired up the car it idled nice and smooth set the ADS to Comfort and went for a gentle drive, first thing I noticed was that it felt much more responsive, torque felt like it came in lower but was a very smooth build as you accelerated. Changed the ADS to Dynamic and car felt like a different animal the power is instantaneous and the pull from zero to the speed limit is unbelievable now, without putting the car on a dyno I can’t confirm the quoted figures, however I certainly would believe from a ‘seat of the pants’ power test that the car is very close to the numbers stated. All I can say is thanks Andrew for keeping me in the loop as this unit got developed and you have a customer for life !!!
