Please feel free to use this in your testimonials as I think people need to know what a great product / service you offer. I was very hesitant in parting with my £250 for my little green box but am so glad I did! My main concern was a bad experience with a cheap imitation purchased through ebay for £89, the product and service were poor. After calling through to your helpline I was dealt with in a friendly professional manner and was advised on my needs. I think I spoke with Jen who I was very impressed with, coming from a retail background I think I sub consciously judge any kind of service I receive and I couldn\’t fault Jen. I got off the phone very confident about your product and placed my order online, I then called back to check on delivery times, this time I spoke to a male who again was very professional and helpful. He advised me it would be next day before 1pm. To know surprise my item was with me mid morning, I was impressed with the quality and detail provided in the box, even going to the lengths of providing a pouch for the device when stored in the engine bay! The instructions were also excellent, the only problem I had was a stubborn plug. Once this was overcome the device was fitted and ready to go! I could instantly tell the difference and just wish I purchased sooner as I have had my car for 2 years! This makes my car what it should have been! I cant recommend enough!
